During his 20-plus years with the firm, Josh has acquired invaluable experience as a designer and problem solver and has a proven track record of working with clients to move their ideas of additions and remodeling into reality. He is particularly sensitive to issues confronting the homeowner during the construction process and is their best advocate in ensuring that challenges are resolved and dreams realized.
Because of his lengthy tenure, Josh provides both clients and contractors a tangible continuity between the past and present. It has been both a benefit and a comfort to many repeat clients to be able to speak with someone who not only recognizes who you are but also understands your design preferences and long term goals for your home. Josh has served on the East Kingston, NH, Planning Board since 2011.
Josh joined Nashawtuc Architects in 1989 after graduating from Massachusetts College of Art with a BFA in Architectural Design. Josh has designed and built additions on his own home and barn, giving him an intimate knowledge of both the design and technical aspects of construction projects.
“Josh, we wanted you to know how workable the new layout is, how well everything was done, and how well it’s holding up, too. From hanging out on the new porch, to watching movies in the nook, to cooking in the new kitchen, it’s been great! We really appreciated your careful listening, excellent design work, and follow through.”
